Outside of building and investing in companies, Irene regularly contributes as a columnist for a large media company in Hong Kong on U.K. Education, Property and Lifestyle.  

Navtaij is a Transformation expert with over 15 years of tier 1 consulting experience. He supports C-Suite and senior business leaders deliver their strategic objectives through Transformation and M&A activities. Navtaij has worked with a range of central government departments and FTSE250 businesses across sectors including financial and professional services, infrastructure, health, pharmaceuticals, media and teleco.

Kenneth has an extensive background in business, finance and operations. Having grown numerous companies by ensuring the correct management is in place, appropriate systems architecture and processes. Kenneth is an expert in complex systems and organisations and has ensured that all the companies he has built have a solid financial and operational infrastructure. 

Naveen has worked in London, Zurich and Bermuda, with a number of renown fund management groups. 

His specialist areas include complex credit structures, M&A deals, financial and operational due diligence, derivatives and hedging transactions. 

Naveen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW).
